Any dispute that may arise shall be resolved by agreement between the two parties (amicably). If the dispute cannot be settled amicably, jurisdiction lies with the Romanian courts having jurisdiction over the registered office of INTERMED CONCEPT LINE S.R.L. .

INTERMED CONCEPT LINE S.R.L. shall not be liable for any damages, costs, lawsuits, claims or expenses arising from users' failure to comply with the "Terms and conditions".
