 Our modern storage facilities are strategically located in Bucharest, the central distribution point in Romania. Your products will be closer to customers, which improves delivery times and reduces costs.

 We are aware that a good logistics flow, starts with the reception of your products, with safe and adequate storage conditions. Therefore, we have an orderly and standardized reception process that is supported by an internal control system and by technology. The process includes the physical handling of the products, their verification in relation to the consignment notices and inventory, their immediate storage on the shelf in the allocated area, regular stock inventory and the adjustment of the inventory to accurately reflect the stocks.

PICK & PACK

 We take care of your order by processing it so that your products reach the final customer, properly and in perfect condition. We receive orders via email, CSV or API files, so that we can fit any business model.

 The entire PICK & PACK process is controlled by the Warehouse Management System. When we receive the orders, a picking list is generated with the exact location of your products in our warehouse as well as the code of the products. The team picks up the products and they will be packed for shipment. The updated inventory status is reported to the customer. Once packaged, they are labeled to be shipped with the courier service agreed by the customer. We collaborate with the largest transport companies, in favorable, long-term partnerships, which allow us to offer advantageous rates.

DELIVERY

 Nationwide, the packages are delivered to the final customer the next working day from the moment the order is processed.

 In Bucharest, delivery can be made on the same day, thanks to our own fleet of vehicles and couriers. Internationally, we make cash on delivery to Hungary and Bulgaria, countries where your products reach the recipients within 48-72 hours of order processing.
