What is fulfillment?
Fulfillment is the complete logistics process, from the moment of sale to delivery, carried out by a specialized company: goods receipt, storage, picking, packing and delivery to the final customer. Companies providing this service are called fulfillment houses or 3PL providers.
Who is the service for?
Any company that handles physical goods: online stores, order houses, exporters, importers, manufacturers and distributors of promotional materials or spare parts.
How do I send you my orders?
Orders can be sent by e-mail, CSV files or API, so we can adapt to your business model.
How long does delivery take?
In Bucharest delivery can be made on the same day, with our own fleet of vehicles and couriers. Nationwide, parcels reach the final customer on the next working day after the order is processed. To Hungary and Bulgaria delivery takes 48–72 hours from order processing.
Which couriers do you work with?
We deliver with our own fleet in Bucharest and through long-term partnerships with the largest national and regional transport companies. Parcels are labelled for the courier service you agreed on.
Can you deliver cash on delivery (COD)?
Yes. We handle cash-on-delivery shipments, including to Hungary and Bulgaria, and the collected amount is transferred to you after delivery.
How do I see my stock and orders?
Goods are registered in the system on receipt and you have permanent access to your stock. In the customer app you follow stock, receipts, orders with AWB and tracking, returns, lots and invoices, with export to Excel or CSV.
How are costs calculated?
The cost depends on the number of pallets stored, the number of SKUs and the number of orders processed per month. The price calculator on this site gives an instant estimate (storage 50 lei/pallet/month, order processing 15 lei/order plus delivery, SKU fee per interval).
